Where a puncture can be safely repaired, we repair it — a proper plug-and-patch, not a can of foam.
Not every puncture needs a new tyre. Where the damage is within the legal repair zone (the central three-quarters of the tread) and the nail or screw hasn't caused secondary damage, we carry out a proper BS AU 159 plug-and-patch repair. It's safer and cheaper than replacement.
If the puncture can't be safely repaired — sidewall damage, too close to the shoulder, or the tyre is already below legal tread — we'll tell you honestly and quote for a replacement instead.

Give us the size from the sidewall (for example 225/45 R17) when you call. We source the correct tyre before setting off, so it's fitted on the first visit.
